Is it possible to see who made changes to a Knowledge Base in HEDDA.IO, what the changes were, and when they were made?

HEDDA.IO tracks changes made to a Knowledge Base, displaying them on the Dashboard page of a Knowledge Page when you enter Edit Mode. The Overview tab shows the latest changes for all items in the Knowledge Base, with detailed changes for individual items displayed in separate tabs below.

However, the changes shown in these tabs are limited to those made in the latest published version of the Knowledge Base and do not include information about who made the changes or when they occurred. So, how can you view the complete history of the Knowledge Base, including all changes, who made them, and when?

For this purpose, the Audit Portal has been created. You can access it from the Dashboard Page at the bottom of the Left Menu. This feature provides the entire history of the Knowledge Base, showing every change since its creation. Additionally, it displays when each change was made, who made it, the Live version of the Knowledge Base in which it was published (if applicable), or if it remains unpublished.

More information on this topic can be found in the official HEDDA.IO Documentation.
