What are Entities?

Created by Alexandru Sirbu, Modified on Thu, 5 Feb at 11:46 AM by Alexandru Sirbu

Entities are distinct and identifiable objects that define the schema of the destination. Typically, an Entity represents a table, with each instance of the Entity corresponding to a row in that table. For example, in a company's data model, an employee could be represented as an Entity with fields such as name, employee ID, and job title.
